1. General Provisions

Tuffex operates as a specialized provider of heavy machinery spare parts (including but not limited to Hitachi EX200 LC components). These Terms apply to all users, including global contractors, procurement officers, and individual operators.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access certain technical specifications or SAP-integrated real-time inventory, you may be required to create a corporate account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
Tuffex reserves the right to suspend accounts that provide inaccurate corporate information.

3. Product Information and Availability

Precision Specifications: While Tuffex strives for 100% accuracy in technical documentation, users must verify part compatibility with their specific machinery models.

SAP Real-Time Sync: Our inventory is integrated via SAP APIs. While we aim for 99.9% accuracy, technical delays in API sync may occasionally result in discrepancies between listed and actual stock. Tuffex will notify you immediately if an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock variations.

4. Ordering and Logistics

Fulfillment: Orders are processed through our regional hubs (including Hyderabad, India).
Shipping: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international shipping lanes beyond our control.
Accuracy: Our 99.9% order accuracy standard is a target for internal performance; however, users are required to inspect parts upon delivery and report discrepancies within 48 hours.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including technical diagrams, proprietary parts descriptions, and the Tuffex logo, is the intellectual property of Tuffex or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or "scraping" of inventory data for competitive use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tuffex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Machinery downtime.
Incorrect installation of parts by unauthorized technicians.
Temporary unavailability of the digital platform due to server hosting or SAP API maintenance.

7. Global Trade Compliance

Users agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. Tuffex serves 12+ countries and reserves the right to refuse service if a transaction violates international trade sanctions or local laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the website or your registered corporate email.
